Equipment that just works
A computer that takes ten minutes to start, a printer that jams every morning, a scanner that only works on one desk – small hardware problems eat hours every week. We set up new equipment properly, fix what breaks and keep an eye on what is getting old.
Computers
New computers arrive configured with your software, settings and security, with files moved from the old machine, so the person is working again the same day. When a computer breaks, we diagnose it, handle warranty repairs with the manufacturer and get the person a working machine in the meantime where possible.
Printers and scanners
Printers and scanners cause more calls than almost anything else. We install them so they work for everyone, set up scan-to-email and scan-to-folder, keep drivers current and work with your copier company when the problem is theirs.
Maintenance and replacement
- An inventory of your equipment, with ages and warranty dates.
- Regular checks for failing disks, full storage and overheating.
- A replacement schedule – usually computers every four to five years – so costs are predictable and nothing dies in the middle of a deadline.
- Secure disposal of old computers: drives wiped or destroyed.
