Your domain – yourcompany.com – is how customers find your website and how your email gets delivered. Behind it are DNS records that point the domain to your website, your Microsoft 365 email, your phone system and other services. When a domain expires because a renewal card was out of date, or when someone changes the wrong record, the website disappears and email stops – often at the worst possible moment.

- Transfers – moving domains between registrars or consolidating many domains in one account, without downtime.
When you change website or email
A new website, a move to Microsoft 365 or a new phone system all mean DNS changes. We coordinate them with the web designer or vendor so the switch happens at the right time and nothing is left pointing to the old service.
A common situation: the domain was registered years ago by a former employee or a web designer who is no longer around. We help you recover control of it.
