What is a hosted VoIP phone system?
A hosted VoIP phone system (cloud PBX) runs your business phone system in a secure data center instead of a box in your closet. Your desk phones and mobile app connect over the internet, and features like auto attendants, ring groups and voicemail to email are managed in a web portal.
How much does it cost?
Plans are priced per user per month: Basic $19.99, Professional $24.99 and Premium $29.99. Free onsite installation and training are included. Phones are purchased separately from our catalog.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port your numbers to the new system – one number port is included in every plan – and schedule the switch so your phones keep ringing.
Will it work with my internet connection?
Most business internet connections handle VoIP well. We check your connection and network during setup; if the cabling or network needs work, we can do that too.
Can my team use their cell phones?
Yes. The Premium plan includes the mobile app for iOS and Android, and every plan includes find me / follow me to ring a cell phone.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls can be forwarded to cell phones or another location automatically, because the phone system itself runs in the cloud, not in your office.
Is your network ready for VoIP?
Clear calls need clean cabling and a properly set-up network. We install both – and the phones – in one project.
