Never miss the call that matters
Sales reps, technicians and owners are rarely at their desks when the important call comes in. Without find me / follow me, the caller hears voicemail, hangs up and tries the next company on the list. With it, the call simply keeps looking for you:
- your office phone rings first,
- then your cell phone,
- then, if you like, your home phone or a colleague,
- and only then voicemail.
The caller dials one number and never needs to know which phone you picked up. Your cell number stays private.
You decide how it works
Each user manages their own rules in the web portal: which numbers ring, in what order, for how long, and at what times. Ring the desk and cell at the same time during the day, only the cell after hours, nothing on vacation. Rules can be changed in a minute when plans change.
Find me / follow me or the mobile app?
Find me / follow me forwards calls to any phone number. The mobile app (Premium) goes a step further: your cell phone works like your desk phone, with your business caller ID on outgoing calls, transfers and voicemail. Many customers use both – the app for the team, find me / follow me for the occasional number outside the system.
